Full-Day Wade Trip at No Cost
In a show of appreciation for the men and women who have recently served and sacrificed in Iraq and Afghanistan, AB's Fly Fishing Guide Service has established Operation: Grateful Guides. Any current military personnel who have served in Iraq or Afghanistan within the last year, will be treated to a free day of fly fishing on the Tuckasegee River. This is a small thank you for the service and sacrifices military personnel have made for our great country. In an effort to take this Operation nationwide, I have received support from Pentagon personnel as well as a retired Brig. General who is the COO of the armed service division of the YMCA. They are all very interested in our efforts to support our troops. My goal is to add a registry of like-minded guides who are joining Operation: Grateful Guides. Fishing or hunting guides/outfitters can contact me for more information about participating in this program. This offer also includes surviving spouses or children of any of our fallen heroes.
