Operation: Grateful Guides                         Full-Day Wade Trip at No Cost

In a show of appreciation for the men and women who have recently served and sacrificed in Iraq and Afghanistan, AB's Fly Fishing Guide Service has established Operation: Grateful Guides. Any current military personnel who have served in Iraq or Afghanistan within the last year, will be treated to a  free day of fly fishing on the Tuckasegee River. This is a small "Thank You" for the service and sacrificies you have all made for our great country.

In an effort to take this Operation nation wide, I have received support from Pentagon personnel as well as a retired Brig. General who is the COO of the armed service division of the YMCA. They are all very interested in our efforts to support our troops.

In the following weeks I will add a registry of other like minded guides who are joining Operation Grateful Guides. Fishing or hunting guides/outfitters can contact me directly for more information about participating in this program.

This offer also includes surviving spouses or children of any of our fallen heroes.
